This program is an accelerated onboard ramp for new welders. We start with the basics— but we go way beyond. Participants leave with a great base of knowledge in the craft.

Grinding, Cutting, Shop
Welding symbols & basic blueprint reading
Principles of GMAW & Plasma Cutting
Intensive welding technique - fillet, groove, lap, t-joint
Certification prep for 1 welding process
THE DETAILS:
What to Expect: A 5-day intensive Welding training program. Includes 20 lab hours plus 5 classroom hours.
Great For: Workforce development nonprofits, staffing organizations, and companies looking for vetted hires onsite. Also a recruiting tool for companies (ie, we are your training source)
How to Host: Designed as a plug & play mobile solution (outdoor OR indoor, depending on location evaluation). Malleable to all processes (can also be a 5-day TIG, or Stick, or Flux Core).
